Unicast Forwarding Table Edit

Note: From this window the static status can be edited  (switching it from permanent to delete On Reset or vice versa).

To edit a Unicast Forwarding Table entry:

1. Click  . The Unicast Global Forwarding Table Edit window is displayed. The fields for editing are as follows:

• VLAN ID — VLAN ID

• MAC Address — Inserted node MAC address.

• Selected Port Number — A port through which the node is inserted to the VLAN.

• Static Status — Describes how the entry is edited:

• Permanent — The edited entry is permanent and remains the same after the device is reset.

• Delete on Reset — The edited entry is temporary and is reset to the original setting after the last device reset.

2. Edit the Static Status field and click  . The Unicast Global Forwarding Table window is displayed.

3. Click  . When the Status field displays “Finished!”, the fields are confirmed as modified.
