The General Trap Table window is to view network SNMP events.
Trap Number - A consecutive number given to each event to make information retrieval more efficient.
Severity - The level of the event, which can be one of the following:
Informational
Warning
Error
Fatal
Date and Time - When the trap occurred.
Source - The IP address of the device sending the trap.
Information - A description of the event. For example, Link Up.
Beep when a trap arrived - Click this checkbox to hear the beep every time a new trap arrives.
The General Trap Table window has the following icons:

Save the Traps Table. The Status bar displays the file path to which the trap has been saved: <Installation folder>/Nms/Configuration/traps.dat. |

To view the Saved Traps window. The window contains a list of traps saved automatically or manually. |
To view the zoom view of the device that sent a trap, double click the trap in the General Trap Table window.
In the General Trap Table window Menu bar click Traps.
Navigate and click the Traps Configuration option. The Traps Configuration window is opened.
Edit the Traps Configuration window.
