PIM Neighbor Table

The PIM Neighbor Table contains information for each router PIM neighbor.

The PIM Neighbor Table displays the following fields:

• Neighbor Address — Specifies the PIM neighbor IP address.

• IfIndex — Indicates the Port Number.

• UpTime — Indicates the time lapse since the PIM neighbor became the neighbor to the local router.

• Expiry Time — Indicates time in ticks before the PIM neighbor is aged out.

• Mode — Indicates the active neighbor device PIM mode. The possible values are:

• PIM-SM — The neighbor is currently operating in PIM-SM mode.

• PIM-DM — The neighbor is currently operating in PIM-DM mode.

To view the PIM Neighbor Table:

1. On the Menu Bar, click IPM.

2. On the IPM menu, point to PIM and click Neighbor Table. The PIM Neighbors Table is displayed.
