The Multicast Forward Unregistered table groups ports for forwarding unregistered packets.
The Multicast Forwarding all Table window displays the following parameters:
VLAN ID — Specifies the VLAN ID of the Forward Unregistered group.
Egress Ports — Indicates if the ports are static or dynamic. The default setting is all ports.
Static Ports — Specifies which ports on a VLAN can participate in a Forward Unregistered group.
Forbidden Ports — Specifies which ports on a VLAN are restricted from participating in a Forward Unregistered group.
To view the Multicast Forward Unregistered Table:
1. On the Menu Bar click Bridge.
2. On the Bridge menu, point to Traffic Control.
3. On the Traffic Control menu, click Port Priority Table. The Multicast Forward Unregistered Table window is displayed.
To edit an existing Multicast Forward Unregistered Table entry:
Select an entry from the table
Click . The Multicast Forward Unregistered Table Edit window is displayed.
The Multicast Forward Unregistered Edit window displays two tabs:
Forbidden Ports — Contains a list of ports that are restricted from the Forward Unregistered group.
Static Ports — Contains a list of ports that can participate in the Forward Unregistered group.
Remove or add forbidden or static ports using the and the buttons.
Click . The Multicast Forward Unregistered Table window is displayed.
Click . When the Status field displays “Finished!”, the fields are confirmed as modified.
