1. Fix the issue of sometimes Link Aggregation group not functioning when Stacking mode is enabled.
2. Fix the issue of desired VLAN is not assigned to authenticated wireless client but instead the AP’s managed VLAN.
3. Fix the issue of instability in stacking, over backup master’s won’t take over when there is a failure.
