1. New features:
a) Add SMTP port to Mail and FTP setting page

2. Changed features:
a) Change "Patrol" to "Sweep"
b) Add snapshot description ”Click on this button to take and save a picture of the current image being displayed.” in Help page.
c) Add default IP 192.168.0.20  (fixed default IP is fine, every camera use this IP for default if it cannot get DHCP ip)
d) Remove DDNS provider: dlinkddns.com.cn(Free); TZO.com; dhs.org
e) Change the name of DDNS provider: Dyndns.org (Dynamic); Dyndns.org (Custom)

3. Issues fixed:
a) Microsoft Silverlight compatibility
b) Fix "WPA-PSK need allow space key" issue
c) The valid characters can't type on user's name and password in PPPoE setup
