8. APM can't discover AP fix.

10. Removed the limitation for downgrading firmware.
11. Revised GUI errors and the description of Help file.
12. Syslog socket port packets fix.
13. Reject 11b STA while fixing data rate higher than 11 Mbps.
14. VLAN tagged packet fix in WDS mode.
